Dream Sheep ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have regarding your data.
Dream Sheep is developed and operated by Kürşat Turgut, an individual developer based in the Republic of Turkey, and distributed internationally through the Apple App Store.
**2. Information We Collect**
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service:

* Authenticate your account and maintain your session.
* Generate personalized stories based on your selections.
* Manage your Star balance and process purchases.
* Store your generated stories in your personal library.
* Improve the quality and relevance of generated content.
* Communicate important changes to our service or policies.
* Comply with legal obligations.
We do NOT use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
**4. Data Processors**
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

All processors are bound by data processing agreements. Story prompts sent to AI services contain only creative parameters and never include personal information.
**5. Data Retention**

When you delete your account, all personal data and generated content are permanently removed within 30 days. Purchase records required by law are anonymized and retained for the legally mandated period.

* **Deletion:** Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
* **Portability:** Request your data in a machine-readable format.
* **Rectification:** Request correction of inaccurate data.
* **Objection:** Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.

**7. Children's Privacy**
Dream Sheep is designed for adults to create stories for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. The App includes a parental gate (math challenge) to prevent children from accessing purchase and settings screens.

**8. Security**
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
* All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).
* Database access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
* Authentication is handled through secure token-based systems.
* Media files are stored in access-controlled cloud storage.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
**9. International Transfers**
Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. When data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards through:
* Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
* Data processing agreements with all third-party processors.
* Selection of processors that maintain recognized security certifications.
Our primary database is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) via Supabase.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Date" at the top and notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
